摘要
目的观察PBL教学法在中医骨科护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取中国医科大学附属盛京医院中医骨科2018年8月—2019年8月66名入科护理专业实习生为本次研究对象,按照带教模式不同将护理专业实习生分为对照组(33名:传统带教)与实验组(33名:PBL教学法),比较2组不同教学模式干预效果。结果实验组护理专业实习生出科时理论知识、操作知识、实践操作成绩以及实习积极性均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理专业实习生教学方法满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医骨科护理带教中PBL教学法明显优于传统护理带教。
Objective To observe the effect of applying PBL teaching method in the nursing teaching of orthopedics of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Sixty-six nursing interns enrolled in the department of orthopedics of traditional Chinese medicine in Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the objects of this study.According to different teaching modes,nursing interns were divided into control group(33 students:traditional teaching)and experimental group(33 students:PBL teaching method).The intervention effects of different teaching modes were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge,operational knowledge,practical performance and internship enthusiasm of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of teaching methods of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method is better than traditional nursing teaching in in the nursing teaching of orthopedics of traditional Chinese medicine.
