摘要
医学见习是医学教育中一个重要的阶段。2006年11月至2008年6月在内分泌科见习带教中试行PBL教学法:先进行资料准备和教师培训,接着在带教中按课前预习—分组讨论—学生发言—教师总结4个步骤进行。结果显示采用PBL教学课堂气氛更为活跃,师生反应良好,学生的考试成绩较高。
The internship is a very significant period in medical education. Between November, 2006, and June, 2008, students were enrolled to receive PBL during the internship in endocrinology. The first step of PBL is the teaching contents rearrangement and the teacher being retrained. Then the students prepare,discuss and make the conclusion themselves step by step. At last the teacher summarizes what the students' should know. During the period of PBL, the students are more active and more cooperative. They advance their grades in the examination.
