摘要
目的:探索"以问题为基础的教学方法"(PBL)在泌尿外科教学查房中的应用价值。方法:随机选取在我院实习医学本科学生88例,将其分为两组。实验组44例,实施PBL教学方法,对照组44例,实施传统教学方法。出科前进行问卷调查和试卷考试,将考试成绩进行统计学分析。结果:实验组成绩明显高于对照组,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在泌尿外科教学查房中应用PBL能更好地提高医学生自学能力,培养临床思维,并充分调动学生学习的积极性和主动性。
Objective: To explore the value of problem-based learning method in urological teaching ward-round. Methods: 88 undergraduate students in our hospital were randomly selected as subjects to be examined, and divided into 2 groups of 44 students each. Traditional teaching method and problem-based learning method were respectively used in the control group and experimental group. Statistical analysis was conducted for the scores of subjective questions and object questions. Results : Comparison shows that students performances in the experimental group were significant higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The problem- based learning method in urological teaching ward-round can enhance self-study ability, form the clinical ideation, and stimulate students'learning enthusiasm and subjective motility.
