摘要
对培训后的辽宁省急诊专科护士采用客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)进行考核,并对结果进行分析,探讨OSCE考核运用于急诊专科护士培训测评的可行性。共设立10个站点,学员需连续且完全独立地完成考试。通过分析学员的考试成绩,认为OSCE可以客观准确地考核急诊专科护士的各项能力水平。
This paper analyzes the performance of emergency specialist nurses in the objective structured clinical examination（OSCE） in Liaoning Province, in order to evaluate the feasibility of OSCE in the assessment of emergency specialist nurses. Ten examination sites were set up in the test. The trainees were asked to complete all the examinations continuously and independently. It is suggested that OSCE can evaluate the competency of emergency specialist nurses objectively and accurately.
