摘要
目的探究标准化病人联合PBL在骨科关节外科临床护理带教中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月-2022年3月无锡市第九人民医院骨科关节外科临床护理带教护生66例,随机分成两组,对照组接受常规带教模式,研究组接受标准化病人联合PBL模式。结果研究组的考核成绩、核心能力评分、教学满意度更高(P<0.05),研究组的教学效果更优(P<0.05)。结论在骨科关节外科临床护理带教中,应用标准化病人联合PBL模式可以有效提高考核成绩、核心能力评分、教学满意度,教学效果显著。
Objective To explore the application value of standardized patients combined with PBL in clinical nursing teaching in orthopedic joint surgery.Methods From January 2019 to March 2022,66 patients in orthopedic joint surgery clinical nursing nursing in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received the conventional teaching mode,and the research group received the standardized patient combined PBL mode.Results The assessment score,core competency score and teaching satisfaction of the study group were higher(P<0.05),and the teaching effect of the study group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing teaching of orthopedic joint surgery,the application of standardized patient combined PBL mode can effectively improve the assessment score,core ability score and teaching satisfaction,and the teaching effect is remarkable.
