摘要
目的探讨分析银屑病患者血细胞相关参数、C反应蛋白(CRP)的检测结果,为银屑病患者的临床诊治提供参考依据。方法选取2017年10月至2018年10月本院皮肤科收治的78例银屑病患者作为研究组,根据其病情所处阶段分为进行期(n=34)、稳定期(n=24)及消退期(n=20)。另选取同期进行健康体检者80名作为参照组。所有对象均采集空腹静脉血进行血常规与CRP水平检测。比较参照组和研究组不同病情阶段的血常规相关参数和CRP水平。结果研究组血常规相关参数和CRP水平均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);消退期、稳定期及进行期患者血小板压积(PCT)指标比较差异无统计学意义,其余各项血细胞相关参数[平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW-CV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)]及血清CRP水平整体呈逐渐升高趋势(P<0.05)。结论银屑病患者血细胞相关参数和C反应蛋白水平显著升高,能从一定程度上反映患者的疾病转归情况,用于指导临床治疗。
Objective To analyze the blood cell parameters and C-reactive protein(CRP)in patients with psoriasis,so as to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis.Methods 78 patients with psoriasis admitted to the Dermatology Department of our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 as the research group.According to the stage of their disease,they were divided into progressive stage(n=34),stable stage(n=24)and regression stage(n=20).In addition,80 healthy people were selected as the reference group.All subjects were collected fasting venous blood for blood routine and CRP level detection.Blood routine parameters and CRP levels were compared between the control group and the study group.Results The blood routine parameters and CRP level in the research group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in platelet compaction(PCT)indexes between patients in the regression phase,stable phase and progressive phase.The other parameters of blood cells[mean corpuscular volume(MCV),mean platelet volume(MPV),red blood cell volume distribution width(rdw-cv),platelet distribution width(PDW)]and serum CRP level were gradually increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The blood cell related parameters and C-reactive protein level of patients with psoriasis are significantly increased,which can reflect the disease outcome of patients to certain extent,and can be used to guide clinical treatment.
