摘要
目的研究分析寻常性银屑病患者血清白细胞介素(IL)-36、IL-36Ra、IL-38表达水平及与银屑病面积和严重度指数的相关性。方法选择2016年1月—2017年6月徐州市中医院皮肤科接诊治疗的寻常性银屑病患者78例,选择该院同期体检的健康志愿者78例作为对照组,采用银屑病皮损面积和严重度程度指数(PASI)对患者病情进行分级,比较对照组与不同病情分级的患者IL-36、IL-36Ra及IL-38的检测水平,分析IL-36、IL-36Ra及IL-38水平与PASI评分的相关性。结果轻度及中重度银屑病患者IL-36α、IL-36β、IL-36γ表达水平高于对照组,IL-36Ra和IL-38表达水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);中重度患者IL-36α、IL-36β、IL-36γ表达水平高于轻度患者,IL-36Ra和IL-38表达水平低于轻度患者,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),IL-36α、IL-36β、IL-36γ表达水平与PASI评分呈正相关性(P <0.01),IL-36Ra和IL-38表达水平与PASI评分呈负相关性(P<0.05)。结论银屑病患者病情越严重,血清IL-36α、IL-36β、IL-36γ表达水平越高,IL-36Ra及IL-38表达水平越低;IL-36、IL-36Ra、IL-38表达水平与PASI评分存在显著的线性相关性(P <0.05),可以为银屑病临床诊断、治疗及病情分析提供参考。
Objective To study the serum levels of interleukin-36(IL-36),interleukin-36 Ra(IL-36 Ra)and interleukin-38(IL-38)in the patients with psoriasis vulgaris and its correlation with psoriasis area and severity index(PASI).Methods Seventy-eight patients with psoriasis vulgaris were selected from Department of Dermatology,Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to June 2017,and 78 healthy volunteers were selected as control.The patients’condition was graded by PASI.The levels of IL-36,IL-36 Ra and IL-38 were compared between the control group and patients with different disease grades.The correlation between the levels of IL-36,IL-36 Ra and IL-38 and PASI score was analyzed.Results The expression levels of IL-36α,IL-36βand IL-36γin mild and moderate severe psoriasis patients were higher than those in control group,and the expression levels of IL-36 Ra and IL-38 were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the expression levels of IL-36α,IL-36βand IL-36γin moderate and severe psoriasis patients were higher than those in mild patients,and the expression levels of IL-36 Ra and IL-38 were lower than those in mild patients(P<0.05).The expression levels of IL-36α,IL-36βand IL-36γwere positively correlated with PASI score(P<0.01),while the expression levels of IL-36 Ra and IL-38 were negatively correlated with PASI score(P<0.05).Conclusion The more serious the psoriasis is,means the higher the expression levels of IL-36α,IL-36βand IL-36γin serum,and the lower the expression levels of IL-36 Ra and IL-38.There is a significant linear correlation between the expression levels of IL-36,IL-36 Ra and IL-38 and PASI score(P<0.05),and the trend of the above indicators may provide a basis for clinical diagnosis,as well as treatment and reference for disease analysis of psoriasis.
