摘要
目的分析紫癜性肾炎患儿血清及尿液中骨膜蛋白的检测意义。方法选取2018年7月至2020年3月本院收治的106例紫癜性肾炎患儿,作为紫癜性肾炎组,另选取同期本院收治的106例过敏性紫癜患儿作为过敏性紫癜组,以及同期于本院健康体检的106例儿童作为健康对照组。比较三组研究对象的血清及尿液中骨膜蛋白水平,并比较不同病情严重程度紫癜性肾炎患儿血清及尿液中骨膜蛋白水平。结果紫癜性肾炎组的血清及尿液中骨膜蛋白水平显著高于过敏性紫癜组及健康对照组(P<0.05);过敏性紫癜组的血清中骨膜蛋白水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。在紫癜性肾炎组中,重度患儿的血清及尿液中骨膜蛋白水平显著高于轻度及中度患儿(P<0.05);中度患儿的血清中骨膜蛋白水平显著高于轻度患儿(P<0.05)。结论紫癜性肾炎患儿血清及尿液中骨膜蛋白水平显著升高。
Objective To analyze the significance of detection of periosteal protein in serum and urine of children with Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis.Methods A total of 106 children with Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis admitted in our hospital from July 2018 to March 2020 were selected as Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis group,another 106 children with Henoch Schonlein purpura admitted in our hospital during the same period were selected as Henoch Schonlein purpura group,and 106 children with health examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as healthy control group.The levels of serum and urine periosteal protein were compared among the three groups,and the levels of serum and urine periosteal protein in children with different severity of Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis were compared.Results The levels of serum and urine periosteal protein of the Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis group were significantly higher than those of the Henoch Schonlein purpura group and the healthy control group(P<0.05);the level of serum periosteal protein of the Henoch Schonlein purpura group was significantly higher than that of the healthy control group(P<0.05).In the Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis group,the levels of serum and urine periosteal protein in the severe children were significantly higher than those in the mild and moderate children(P<0.05);the level of serum periosteal protein in the moderate children was significantly higher than that in the mild children(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum and urine periosteal protein levels in children with Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis has a significant increase.
