全自动生化分析仪在降低献血后ALT单项检测不合格率中的应用效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨全自动生化分析仪在降低献血后丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)单项检测不合格率中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年4月13日至2020年2月25日纳入的5600例献血者,采用便利取样法将其分为研究组(2800例,全自动生化分析仪)和对照组(2800例,半自动生化分析仪)。比较两组的血液检测时间及ALT单项检测不合格所致的血液报废情况。结果研究组的血液检测时间为(2.56±0.34)min,明显短于对照组的(4.82±0.52)min(P<0.05)。研究组ALT单项检测不合格所致的血液报废率为0.61%,明显低于对照组的3.18%(P<0.05)。结论全自动生化分析仪有助于减少献血者的血液检测时间,降低ALT单项检测不合格所致的血液报废率,较半自动生化分析仪更具实用性,值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of automatic biochemical analyzer in reducing the unqualified rate of alanine aminotransferase(ALT)single test after blood donation.Methods A total of 5600 blood donors in our hospital from April 13,2017 to February 25,2020 were selected and divided into study group(2800 cases,automatic biochemical analyzer)and control group(2800 cases,semi-automatic biochemical analyzer)by convenient sampling method.The time of blood test and the situation of blood scrap caused by unqualified ALT single test were compared between the two groups.Results The blood test time in the study group was(2.56±0.34)min,which was significantly shorter than(4.82±0.52)min in the control group(P<0.05).The blood scrap rate caused by unqualified ALT single test in the study group was 0.61%,which was significantly lower than 3.18%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The automatic biochemical analyzer is helpful to reduce the blood test time of blood donors and the blood rejection rate caused by the unqualified ALT single item test.It is more practical than the semi-automatic biochemical analyzer and is worthy of popularization and application.
