摘要
目的分析无偿献血血液报废情况,了解发展趋势、分析产生原因、探讨改进措施,以减少血液报废。方法选择2011—2016年本中心的全部无偿献血血液采集、检验、制备、报废等信息进行分析研究。结果采集、制备的5 533 166 U血液中,总报废量348 355 U,总报废率6.29%。检测原因是血液报废的主要原因,报废量193 281 U,报废率3.49%,呈逐年下降趋势(P<0.05);其中因ALT>50 U/L导致报废80 227 U、占检测原因报废比例最高,达41.51%。非检测原因导致报废155 074 U,报废率2.80%,物理因素是主要原因,呈逐年上升趋势(P<0.05);其中脂血报废量131 442 U、占物理原因报废比例达87.27%。结论血液报废的主要原因仍然是经血传播病原体标志物的检测原因,呈逐年下降趋势,但非检测原因报废也在逐年增加。各采供血机构不仅要加强血液检测管理,同时也应当注重无偿献血血液知识的宣传、教育,建立安全、高效、稳定的固定献血者队伍。
Objective To analyze the status of blood discard from voluntary blood donation in 2011—2016. The Overall status and potential trends are discussed to identify the causes and propose improvement measures to minimize the blood wasted.Methods The data on blood collection, blood testing, blood preparation,and blood discard of the targeted years were analyzed.Results A total of 5533166 units of blood were collected and prepared, of which, 348355 units of blood were discarded with a blood discard rate of 6.29%.The main reason for the blood discard was blood screening, accounting for 193281 units with a rate of 3.49%;It’s worth mentioning that this rate is decreasing over the years,(P<0.05).The most common cause of blood discard owing to blood screening was ALT, accounting for 41.51% with 80 227 units of blood were discarded. A total of 155074 units of blood were discarded owing to blood non-screening reasons with a rate of 2.80%. The main cause was physical property reasons and kept increasing,(P<0.05).Lipemic blood accounted for 87.27% of the physically-caused discard, causing 131442 units of blood being discarded.Conclusion Screening reasons were the primary causes of blood discard with a decreasing trend, meanwhile, the blood discard due to blood non-detection reasons was increasing year by year. Blood bank should not only strengthen the management of blood test, but also focus on the publicity of blood donation.
