摘要
目的比较2种不同材质的热合头对采血导管热合牢固度的影响。方法对广州血液中心2016年12月—2017年2月采集的部分全血共14 352袋,用同一型号热合机的2种材质热合头进行热合,比较两者离心后采血导管热合口的渗血率。结果金属热合头离心渗血率为1.65‰(12/7263),显著低于陶瓷热合头的4.80‰(34/7089,P〈0.05)。结论金属热合头比陶瓷热合头渗血率更低,采血导管热合牢固度更高,可以考虑把现有热合机的陶瓷热合头换成金属热合头,从而减少血液报废。
Objectives To compare the sealing performance of tubing with two types of sealing heads : metal and ceramic ones. Methods Two types of sealing heads were used to seal whole blood bags in Guangzhou Blood Genter between Dec 2016 to Feb 2017. The post-centrifugation leakage rate of the seals were compared between the sealing head types. Results The post-centrifugation leakage rate of the metal sealing heads was 1.65%o( 12/7 263),which was significantly lower than that of the ceramic ones at 4. 80%0( 34/7 089) ( P〈0. 05 ). Conclusion The metal sealing heads presented a lower post-cen- trifugation leakage rate and thus offering stronger sealing performance for tubing than the ceramic ones. Replacing ceramic sealing heads with metal sealing ones may reduce blood waste.
