摘要
目的统计分析血液中心成分血制备过程中不合格血液报废情况。方法对2020年1至4月份血液中心血液成分制备报废有关数据进行搜集,对制备报废的原因进行总结和分析。结果血液成分制备报废品种分类当中,在1~4月总计132951份血液成分制备数量中尤以新鲜冰冻血浆报废最多、占0.27%,其次是全血,占0.25%;对血液报废原因进行分析,脂血原因最高、占35.71%,其次是热合渗漏、占16.67%。结论血液制备过程中血液报废因素是受到诸多方面影响的,应强化供血质量管理、提高采血质量管理水平、提高无偿献血宣传力度、完善献血前的问询、做好血液检测初筛工作、提高有关工作者技术操作水平等预防工作,减少血液报废情况。
Objective To analyze scrapping situation of unqualified blood during process of blood preparation.Methods The paper collected data of blood composition preparation scrapping in blood center from January to April in 2020,summarized and analyzed causes of preparation scrapping.Results Among total 132951 blood component preparation samples from January to April,fresh frozen plasma accounted for 0.27%,followed by whole blood,accounting for 0.25%;According to causes analysis of blood scrapping,lipid blood was the highest,accounting for 35.71%,followed by heat sealing leakage,accounting for 16.67%.Conclusion Blood scrapping during is affected by many factors process of blood preparation.It is necessary to strengthen quality management of blood supply,improve quality management level of blood collection,propaganda of blood donation,inquiry before blood donation,carry on preliminary screening of blood test well,improve technical operation level of relevant workers and other preventive work to reduce situation of blood scrapping.
