摘要
目的分析血液成分制备过程中血液报废情况及其原因,为血站工作提供进一步指导。方法选取该站2015—2016年全年制备的16 014袋血液进行调查,从中查证血液报废情况。结果全年制备的16 014袋血液中,报废195袋,占总制备的1.21%。其中P002全血报废75袋、P0012-去白细胞全血11袋、P0065-去白细胞悬浮红细胞1袋、P0148-冰冻血浆6袋、P0152-冰冻血浆102袋,分别占38.46%、5.64%、5.13%、3.08%、52.31%;报废原因主要是不足量、滤器渗漏、凝块、破损、离心后渗漏、过滤渗漏、血袋渗漏、脂肪血、色泽异常、溶血等。结论血液成分制备过程中血液报废受人为因素和仪器因素制约,产生报废后果。加强献血前脂肪血的筛查、成分制备期间加强对离心的配平、在血液采集中,正确疏导献血者情绪,确保顺利采集。
Objective This paper tries to analyze the situation of blood scrap and its causes in the preparation of blood components, and to provide further guidance for the blood station. Methods 16 014 bags of blood from 2015 to 2016 in this station were selected and the blood scrap was investigated. Results 195 bags of blood were discarded, accounting for 1.21% of the total 16014 bags in the whole year, among which P002 whole blood scrap was 75, P0012- leukocyte-depleted wholeblood was 11, P0065-Leukocyte suspension red blood cells was 1, P0148-frozen plasma was 6, P0152-frozen plasma was 102, accounting for 38.46%, 5.64%, 5.13%, 3.08%, 52.31%. Blood scrap was mainly due to inadequate quantity, filter leakage, clot, damage, centrifugal leakage, filtration leakage, blood bag leakage, fat blood, abnormal color, hemolysis and so on. Conclusion Blood scrap in the preparation of blood components was influenced by human and instrument factors. It was necessary to strengthen the blood screening of fat blood before blood donation, the centrifugal trim during the preparation of blood components, correctly guide donators 爷 mood in the blood collection, so that the smooth collection can be achieved.
