摘要
基于多源流理论分析模型,从问题源流、政策源流和政治源流"三流合一"的视角,诠释职业教育国际化的制度逻辑,明确高职教育国际化政策的价值意蕴。从国际化政策和资金配套、管理体制机制、标准开发、模式、平台、国际化质量保障体系六个维度提出高职教育国际化要素,进一步倒逼高职教育范式的革命性变革,展示中国高职教育的文化、制度的内在逻辑和核心竞争力,建立自己的话语体系。
Based on the multi-source theoretical analysis model,the paper interprets the institutional logic of the internationalization of vocational education and clarifies the value of the internationalization policies from the integrated perspective of three sources,that is,problem source,policy source,and political source.Moreover,from the six dimensions of internationalization policies and funding,management systems and mechanisms,standard development,models,platforms,and international quality assurance systems,the elements of internationalization of higher vocational education are proposed to further force a revolutionary change in the paradigm of higher vocational education,display the inherent logic and core competitiveness of China’s higher vocational education culture and system,and establish our own discourse system.
