摘要
基于多源流理论分析框架,从问题源流、政策源流和政治源流“三流合一”的视角,诠释本科职业教育的制度逻辑,明确本科职业教育的政策意蕴。从陈旧观念根深蒂固、人才培养目标模糊、教学优质资源缺乏、师资水平参差不齐、政策法规缺席缺位五向维度,明确了本科职业教育实施所面临的实际困境。本科职业教育的政策意蕴将对引起高职教育范式的结构性变革,决定着未来现代化职业教育体系的改革路径与发展趋势。
Based on the analysis framework of multi-source theory,from the perspective of"three streams in one"of problem stream,policy stream and political stream,interpret the system logic of undergraduate vocational education and clarify the policy implications of undergraduate vocational education.From the five dimensions of deep-rooted stereotypes,ambiguous talent training goals,lack of high-quality teaching resources,uneven teacher levels,and absence of policies and regulations,the practical difficulties faced by the implementation of undergraduate vocational education have been clarified.The policy implications of undergraduate vocational education will cause structural changes in the paradigm of higher vocational education,and determine the reform path and development trend of the modern vocational education system in the future.
