摘要
本研究针对材质为42CrMo4的风机轴进行调质工艺改进,分析了热处理后的显微组织和力学性能,结果表明工艺改进后风机轴产品表面硬度值均匀,力学性能、晶粒度均符合技术要求,且提高了生产效率,降低了能源消耗。
In this study,the quenching and tempering process of 42CrMo4 fan shaft was improved,then the microstructure and mechanical properties after heat treatment were analyzed.The results show that the surface hardness of the fan shaft is uniform,mechanical properties and grain size meet the technical re-quirements.In addition,the production efficiency is improved and the energy consumption is reduced.
