620D低碳贝氏体无缝钢管研制

摘要 低碳贝氏体钢具有较高的强度和较低的焊接裂纹敏感性,现阶段所用的大多为钢板,在此基础上,扬州诚德钢管有限公司利用其独特的工艺和技术,试制了620D低碳贝氏体大口径无缝钢管,以代替传统的卷板焊管。试制结果表明,620D大口径无缝钢管各项性能指标均达到了同类焊接用钢板的要求,可广泛推广应用。 Low-carbon bainitic steel has higher strength and lower welding crack sensitivity, but the used bainite steel is the steek plate,on this basis, Yangzhou Chengde Steel Pube Co., Ltd. to use its unique technology and technical trial of large diameter seamless carbon bainitic CD620 to replace the traditional steel plate. The results show that, the performance of the CD620 can reach the requirements, and can be widely applied in mechanical and electrical industries.
