大功率海上风电主轴轴承用钢生产工艺实践 被引量:4

摘要 风力发电是我国新能源发展和建设的重点方向。为适应大型化海上风电机组的发展要求,太钢充分利用生产特殊钢的独特优势,采用"电炉+真空处理+电渣"生产工艺,成功开发出应用在3 MW级海上风电机组上的大功率风电主轴轴承用钢,产品质量得到用户认可。据此对如何控制钢中的[O]、高倍夹杂物及超大规格电渣锭重熔工艺进行了探讨。 The wind power generation is the focal orientation of new energy resource developing and constructing in our country.In order to adapt the developing require of large-scale wind electric machine team on the sea,the manufacturers of Taigang utilize fully advantage of stainless steel manufacture,by using manufacturing technique of 'EF +VD+ESR',has developed successfully the main shaft bearing steel used for fan-driven generator,which is applied to 3 MW wind electricity set on the sea.This product has been approved by customer.This paper studied the production process such as how to control [O],inclusions in the steel and large specification electroslag ingot remelting craft.
