摘要
某风机主轴在使用中发生断裂。对断裂主轴的化学成分、夹杂物含量和显微组织进行了检验。结果表明,材料中存在的带状组织及呈带状分布的夹杂是导致风机主轴断裂的主要原因。加工残留刀痕对轴的横向断裂起了促进作用。
The main shaft of a certain exhaust fan was broken at early stages of usage. An analytic test of the chemical composition, the inclusion quantity contained and the metallographic structure of the broken shaft was conducted. It was demonstrated that the strip-shaped inclusion makes the band structure formed in strip. This is the main reason which caused the early broken of the shaft. The improper processing procedure also promoted the shaft broken.
