摘要
风电主轴产品粗加工扒皮后进行NDT检测,发现有一支产品芯部位置有缺陷,最大缺陷当量?7 mm,超标报废。对该产品进行低倍酸蚀、化学成分检验、金相观察。结果显示:UT缺陷为裂纹缺陷,由于钢包余量不足,浇铸钢水存在严重的偏析,在热加工过程中,在微区成分偏析区域形成应力集中,且氢含量偏高,弱化了晶界强度,形成裂纹。
The wind turbine spindle product was rough processed and skinned off, and NDT inspection was performed. It was found that one of the products had a defect in the core position, the maximum defect equivalent was ?7 mm, which was scrapped beyond the standard. The low-power acid etching, chemical composition inspection and metallographic observation were carried out. The results showed that UT defects were crack defects. Due to insufficient ladle margin, there was serious segregation in molten steel. During the process of hot working, stress concentration was formed in the component segregation area, and the hydrogen content was higher, which weakened the strength of the grain boundary and formed cracks.
