风电机组主轴热固耦合特性研究

摘要 通过热固耦合方法,进行了风电主轴温度场及热应力场分析,考虑了载荷、支承结构和支承跨距3个因素,完成了对主轴热应力影响因素的研究。发现了主轴次表面下40 mm范围内受环境温度影响大,承受交变应力幅度大;针对后端浮动状态或者为单轴承支承状态,发现了主轴受热产生轴向变形大,说明了消除温度场变化对齿轮箱行星轮系产生浮动影响;通过主轴支承跨距变化的分析,得出了约束端材料应力应变状态,提出了在选择主轴支承跨距时,需要计算温度场变化引起的应力集中处平面的应变状态情况。 It is calculated the temperature field and thermal stress field through the coupled thermo-mechanical method.It is completed to analyze the factors that the load and support and span influence the Von-Mise stress.It is obtained that the main shaft subsurface range of 40mm has greatly influence on ambient temperature.It means the position subject to a large range of alternating stress.The main shaft that be heated can produce large axial deformation when the main shaft has back-end support floating or single support.So it is necessary to eliminate the change of temperature field influenced on the planetary gear train of the gearbox.Through the analysis of the variation support span of main shaft,it is obtained that the stress-strain state of material at the restraint end.It is necessary to consider the plane strain state at the stress concentration caused by the variation temperature field,when choosing the appropriate support span of main shaft.
