摘要
研究了6061铝合金型材在拉弯过程中产生的橘皮、裂纹等缺陷。利用光学显微镜观察6061铝合金组织及晶粒度对橘皮、裂纹等缺陷的影响。通过性能对比分析得出性能对缺陷的影响。结果表明:不均匀的粗大晶粒是6061铝合金产生橘皮、裂纹等缺陷的主要原因。加热温度过高,延伸率低,产品容易产生橘皮、裂纹等缺陷。
The defects of 6061 aluminium alloy profile such as orange peel and crack during stretch bending were studied.The effects of microtructure and grain size of 6061 aluminium alloy on the defects such as orange peel and cracks were observed by optical microscope.The effect of properties on the defects was obtained by comparative analysis of properties.The results show that the uneven coarse grains is the main causes of defects such as orange peel and cracks produced in 6061 aluminium alloy.If the heating temperature is too high and the elongation is low,the defects of orange peel and cracks are easy to occur.
