摘要
采用有限元模拟软件ProCAST中的热弹塑性模型,对不同浇注方式下铸造风力发电机主轴热裂缺陷的形成倾向进行了模拟。通过对计算结果的分析,最佳浇注方式是底注式浇注系统,最佳工艺是在法兰盘和铸件底部添加冷铁,可使铸件的热裂减小,并成功生产了性能符合要求的铸件。
Based on the thermal elasto-plastic stress model in finite element simulation software ProCAST,the hot crack formation tendency of fan main shaft casting under different pouring methods was simulated.The results show that the best gating system is bottom pouring,the optimizing casting process which can reduce the hot crack is adding chill on the flange and the bottom of the casting,The castings which can meet the performance requirement is successfully produced.
