风力发电机机舱及轮毂的监理技术研究

摘要 围绕国有风力发电设备企业发展战略,以某兆瓦低风速长叶片双馈式风力发电机组为原型,介绍了兆瓦级风机机舱、轮毂等主要部件对整体机组的重要性;从技术、质量、进度等方面对风机关键零部件的控制监理进行了研究,论述了机舱、轮毂等主要部件的监理流程、方式、技术要求、控制体系、评价指标等;以一定规模风场的实际状况为例,对关键设备监理过程的前后进行对比分析,从分析数据上看,产品质量有显著提高。 Focusing on the development strategy of state-owned wind power equipment enterprises,using a MW low-wind speed long-blade doubly-fed wind turbine as a prototype,the importance of the main components such as the engine room and the hub of the MW-level wind turbine to the overall unit is introduced.From technology,quality,the progress and other aspects,the control and supervision of the key components for the wind turbine are studied,and the supervision process,methods,technical requirements,control systems,evaluation indicators of the main components such as the engine room and the hub are discussed.Taking the actual situation of a certain scale wind farm as an example,through the comparative analysis of key equipment before and after supervision process,it is obtained that the product quality has been significantly improved.
