摘要
采用有限元方法分析了风扇座环热套后的变形情况以及螺栓在变形螺纹孔中应力分布的变化情况。结果表明:当风扇座环存在较大的热套变形时,该变形会对把合螺栓的应力分布和疲劳寿命产生较大的影响,在螺栓强度分析时应充分考虑该影响因素。
Deformation of the fan stay ring after being hot sleeved and stress distribution changing of the bolts in the deformed threaded hole are analyzed by the FEM method.The results show that in case of existing greater deformation of the fan stay ring after being hot sleeved,the deformation will affect the stress distribution of the bolts as well as their fatigue life greatly.Thus,when analyzing the bolts strength,this effecting factor should be taken into account.
