650MW水轮发电机转子引线结构分析与改进

摘要 某水电站水轮发电机转子引线陆续出现转子引线连接板接触面发热严重、引线端部放电融化、绝缘板和绝缘套碳化严重等现象。通过改进转子引线结构,上端轴内侧将穿轴螺栓与铜排由把合结构改为焊接结构,上端轴外侧引线接头处采用止动垫圈锁定和打洋冲的防松措施,成功解决了转子引线结构隐患。 Severe phenomena such as serious fever at the contact surface of the connecting plate of the rotor lead,discharge melting at the end of the lead,serious carbonization of the insulating plate and the insulating sleeve have occurred successively in the rotor lead of a hydropower station.By improving the lead structure of the rotor,the connecting structure of the connecting bolt and copper bars on the inner side of the upper shaft is changed into a welding structure.The locking of the stop washer and the loosening prevention measures of the ocean impact are adopted at the joint of the outer lead of the upper shaft.The hidden danger of the lead structure of the rotor is successfully solved.
