摘要
为解决风机主轴运行过程中质量不受监控的现状。基于在线无损云监测技术,采用有限元应力分析法确定主轴应力集中位置,经过试验样件测试,设计了主要由扇形多探头超声检测装置、数据处理与分析传输系统及安装工装等组成的风机主轴裂纹在线云监测系统,实现了风机主轴径向裂纹实时在线监测,保证主轴安全运行。
In order to solve the problem that the quality of the spindle of the wind turbine generator was not monitored during operation,we adopted the non-destructive cloud detection technology.The finite element method was used to locate the stress concentration.Through sample tests,we designed an online cloud monitoring system consisting of the fan-shaped multi-probe ultrasonic testing device,the data processing and transmission system and the installation tooling.The system realized real-time online monitoring of the radial cracks of the spindle of the wind turbine generator,and ensured the safe operation of the spindle.
