摘要
就业能力是家庭困难学生的发展之本,由于社会、高校和学生自身的原因,与普通学生比较,家庭困难学生的就业能力较差。高校资助育人工作要把提升家庭困难学生就业能力作为重点,通过营造积极的育人氛围、落实对资助育人工作的有效保障、开发家庭困难学生就业资助育人项目、激发家庭困难学生的自我成长意识来提升家庭困难学生的就业能力。
Employability underlies economically disadvantaged college students future development.Unfortunately,for social,school-related and personal reasons,these students typically are less able to get employed compared to other better-off ones when they graduate.Colleges and universities must focus on elevating the needy students employability when granting them financial aid.Efforts ought to be made to create a favorable environment,launch quality financial aid projects and stimulate self-growth.
