摘要
加大学生资助育人工作中的人文关怀是新时代学生工作的必然要求。北京大学学生资助中心不断完善工作理念、提升工作方法,进行具有人文关怀的资助工作,如关注学生心理需求,进行科学认定,实施暖心举措;着力于发展型资助,搭建成长平台,开拓成才机会;构建全面支持系统,尊重成长规律,促进融合发展等方式让家庭经济困难学生感受到暖心帮助。
It is a must to give more humanistic care to poverty-stricken college students besides providing them with financial aid.The Student Financial Aid Center of Peking University constantly improves its work by paying close attention to poverty-stricken students＇ psychological needs and giving them warm humanistic care along with financial aid.The Center scientifically identifies the candidates for financial aid,create special platforms for their growth and development and build comprehensive supporting systems to make sure that impoverished college students not only receive development-oriented financial aid but also feel warmly supported and valued.
