摘要
高校资助育人体系是保障家庭有困难学生顺利接受高等教育的有效途径,既有利于促进教育公平,进一步落实立德树人根本任务,也有利于加强和改进高校思想政治工作。随着多年来高校资助育人体系的发展,重助困服务、轻引领育人,重外因输血、轻内因造血,重资源供给、轻主体需求等问题日益突出。对此,高校应积极采取健全资助认定机制、解决学生实际问题、物质精神共同资助、资助坚持以人为本的对策,努力构建资助育人的长效机制。
The university-funded education system is an effective way to ensure the smooth acceptance of higher education for students with difficulties.It is not only conducive to promoting education fairness,further implementing the fundamental task of establishing morality and fostering people,but also conducive to strengthening and improving the ideological and political work of colleges and universities.With the development of the university-funded education system over the years,the problems of focusing on helping the poor and neglecting leading and educating,focusing on external causes and neglecting internal causes,focusing on resource supply and neglecting the main requirements have become increasingly prominent.In this regard,colleges and universities should actively take measures to improve the recognition mechanism of funding,solve practical problems of the students,co-finance material and spirit,and insist on people-oriented funding,and strive to build a long-term mechanism for funding education.
