摘要
台湾中原大学建立了评定标准严格、资助项目繁多、资助方式多元、以弱势学生身心、品格、能力全面发展为旨归的"精准化""发展型"资助政策体系,能够确保资助工作的针对性、公平性与实效性。这启示我们,唯有转变资助工作理念,提高精准资助水平,推行"发展型"资助,方能实现从"粗放型""保障型"资助到"精准化""发展型"资助的转变,实现助困与强能、资助与育人、物质帮扶与心理疏导的有机结合。
This paper introduces the precise development-oriented financial assistance policy system adopted by Taiwan Chung Yuan Christian University which features rigid evaluation standards,diverse funding programs,multiple aiding modes and all-round growth and development of disadvantaged students' mind and body,character and ability.Such a system makes sure that financial assistance targets the right students in a just and effective manner.Revelation:We need to change our ideas and shift from "rough","security-oriented"financial assistance to "precise""development-oriented"financial assistance to achieve combinations of relief of poverty and improvement of ability,aiding and educating and of material assistance and psychological counseling.
