摘要
实施全员育人思想政治教育是新时代高校培养高质量、高素质、高规格人才的必然要求,高校的全体教职员工要树立全员育人的教育理念,并要成为育人的践行者。在思想政治教育实践中,应明确全员育人的内涵和实施的必要性,深入探索全员育人的有效路径,形成共同联动、相互协作、合力育人的新格局,为大学生学习、生活创造良好的校园育人氛围。
The implementation of the ideological and political education of all staff education is the inevitable requirement for colleges and universities to cultivate high-quality and high standard talents in the new era.All faculty and staff in colleges and universities should establish the educational concept of all staff education,and become practitioners of educating people.In the practice of ideological and political education,the necessity of the connotation and implementation of all staff education should be specified,the effective path of all staff education should be deeply explored,a new pattern of joint interconnection,mutual collaboration and combined education should be formed in order to create a good campus educational atmosphere for the study and life of college students.
