摘要
后脱贫时代,高校学生资助育人机制建设已取得一定成效,表现在资助理念的转变、资助结构的多层次化及资助模式的精准化等层面。但由于资助育人管理制度的落后、资助认定精准度的不足、资助育人功能的缺位及资助育人评价机制的缺失,导致高校资助育人机制建设步入困境。为此,高校应推进精细化管理,完善资助育人工作机制,并结合大数据技术的使用、价值观教育的深化及资助评价体系的健全,推动资助育人机制的精准化、全面化发展,在创新实践中提升资助育人机制的实效性。
In the post poverty alleviation era,the mechanism construction of student funding for education in universities has achieved certain results,manifested in the transformation of funding concepts,multi-level funding structures,and precise funding models.However,due to the backward management system of funding for education,the less accurate degree of funding for education,the lack of educational function of funding system and the imperfection of evaluation of the funding work,the mechanism construction of funding for education in colleges and universities has entered a dilemma.To this end,universities should promote refined management,improve the funding and education mechanism,and combine the use of big data technology,deepening value education,and improving the funding evaluation system to promote the precise and comprehensive development of the funding and education mechanism,and enhance the effectiveness of the funding and education mechanism in innovative practice.
