摘要
应用HPLC,对止咳丸中柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量进行测定,为止咳丸的质量研究提供依据。色谱柱:Eclipse Plus C 18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.2%冰醋酸溶液(31∶69);柱温:35℃;流速:1.0 mL/min;进样量:5μL;检测波长:283 nm。结果表明柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷分别在11.62~232.36、6.10~121.98、5.78~115.5范围内呈现线性关系良好(r>0.9996);三者平均加样回收率为99.64%、98.79%、101.70%。实验结果表明本方法简便可靠,专属性强,重现性好,适用于止咳丸的内在质量控制。
The HPLC method for the quantification of narign,hesperidin and neohesperidin in Zhike Wan was developed,in order to provide the basis for Zhike Wan quality research.Separation was carried out by using Eclipse Plus C 18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2%glacical acetic acid solution(31∶69,v/v).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and column temperature was 35℃.The detection wavelength was set at 283 nm.The linear range were 11.62~232.36μg/mL for narigin(r=0.9996),6.10~121.98μg/mL for hesperidin(r=0.9999)and 5.78~115.5μg/mL for neohesperidin(r=0.9996).Average recoveries were 99.64%(RSD=1.11%,n=6),98.79%(RSD=0.50%,n=6),101.70%(RSD=1.19%,n=6).The method is reproducible,sensitive and accurate for the determination of narign,hesperidin and neohesperidin in Zhike Wan.
