摘要 目的:建立渝产半夏的指纹图谱,为半夏药材的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用HPLC法,cosmosilODS(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相以甲醇-水(0%~5%)连续梯度洗脱,检测波长254nm,流速1.0ml/min,进样量20μL,柱温25℃。结果:建立了6种叶型性状类型半夏的指纹图谱。半夏药材有11个共有峰,多数峰可以达到较好分离。各栽培半夏间共有峰的相对保留时间的RSD均小于0.1%,相对峰面积RSD均小于1%,符合指纹图谱相关要求。结论:建立的HPLC指纹图谱有较好的精密度、重现性和稳定性,可以作为半夏质量评价主要依据之一。 Objective: To establish the HPLC fingetprint of Pinellia ternata (Thunb.) Breit. at Chongqing Municipality for the quality control. Methods:HPLC was used by cosmosil ODS column (4. 6mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with the gradient elution solvent system composed of MeOH-H2O(0% -5% ) , the detection wavelength was 254 nm, the sample injection was 20 μl, the flowrate was 1.0 ml/ min, and the temperature of column was 25 ℃. Results : HPLC fingetprints of six landing Races of Pinellia ternata ( Thunb. ) Breit. were established. Eleven mutual peaks were selected as the fingetprint peaks. Among the obtained fingetprints, most of the Detected peaks were separated effectively. The RSDs of the relative retention time and the peak area of mutual peaks, which existed in all samples, less than 0. 1% and 1% separately, were in accordance with the request of fingetprint. Conclusion:The established HPLC fingerprint has desirable accuracy, repeatability and stability, it can be used for one of the quality control of Pinellia ternata (Thunb.) Breit.
