摘要 目的 对不同生境和加工方法的半夏化学成分进行测定 ,比较其质量差异 ;方法 以三种化学成分为检测指标 ,分别采用比色法、薄层扫描法、高效液相色谱法对半夏样品进行比较分析 ;结果 栽培半夏和野生半夏的总生物碱含量差异较大 ;但 β-谷甾醇含量较为一致 ,以南充片区所产半夏为高 ;栽培半夏的鸟苷含量明显高于野生半夏。半夏皮中 3种化学成分含量均高于去皮和带皮的半夏 ,且硫熏会导致半夏中总生物碱含量明显降低。结论 不同生境的半夏化学成分有一定差异 。 Objective To compare the quality of wild and cultivated Pinellia ternata from different habitats and with processing methods,their chemical components were analyzed.Methods Indexed by 3 chemical components,ultraviolet spectrophometry,thin layer chromatographic method,and high performance liquid chromatography were adopted respectively to conduct comparative analysis on samples collected.Results The chemical components of Pinellia ternata from different habitats and with processing methods differ.The total alkaloid contents of the wild and cultivated Pinellia ternata are different, while the contents of β-sitosterol are rather consistent which are higher in samples produced in Nanchong region. And the guanosine content in cultivated Pinellia ternata is higher than that of the wild one. The contents of 3 chemical components are also highest in rind of Pinellia ternata and the fumigation of Pinellia ternata with sulfur will lead to the decreasing of the total alkaloid contents. Conclusion There are obvious differences in the quality of wild and cultivated Pinellia ternata from different habitats and processing methods.
