摘要
目的:探索自省在中国文化背景下的概念和结构,编制适应于中国成年人的自省问卷,并检验其信效度。方法:采用理论抽样法对20名中国成年人进行深度访谈,采用扎根理论的三级编码方式构建自省理论模型,形成初测问卷;分别选取875、2472名被试对问卷进行初步施测、信效度检验。结果:中国成年人自省问卷包含2个分问卷(个人取向自省、社会取向自省),每个分问卷由4个因子(探索性自省、预防性自省、弥补性自省、超越性自省)组成。各分问卷总分与因子分的Cronbachα系数为0.76-0.91,验证性因素分析指标拟合良好,分问卷得分与自我反省、内控性得分显著正相关,与机遇、有势力他人不相关。结论:中国成年人自省问卷具有较好的信度和效度。
Objective: Based on the background of Chinese culture, Self-reflection Questionnaire for Chinese Adults(SQCA) was developed and its reliability and validity were examined. Methods: In-depth interviews were conducted with20 Chinese adults by theoretical sampling method. The self-reflection model was constructed by using the three-level coding method of grounded theory to form the initial test questionnaire. 875 participants were selected to conduct preliminary test, and 2472 participants were selected to conduct reliability and validity test. Results: The SQCA contains two subquestionnaires(individual orientation self-reflection, social orientation self-reflection), and each sub-question consists of 4 dimensions(exploratory self-reflection, preventive self-reflection, compensatory self-reflection, transcendence self-reflection). The Cronbach alpha coefficient of the total scores and the dimension scores of each sub-questionnaire were 0.76 to 0.91. The indicators of validation factor analysis fit well. The sub-questionnaires of SQCA were positively correlated with reflection and internal control, were no correlated with Chance, powerful others. Conclusion: The Self-reflection Questionnaire for Chinese Adults has good reliability and validity.
