摘要
就业是残疾人增加收入、改善生活质量、实现全面发展的重要途径。为了解我国残疾人就业研究热点主题与前沿演进趋势,以中国知网数据库2011—2021年收录的与残疾人就业相关的296篇有效文献为研究对象,运用CiteSpace绘制残疾人就业研究可视化图谱。研究发现,我国残疾人就业研究热点主题主要集中在残疾人就业政策、影响残疾人就业因素、残疾人就业权的强化、就业方式多样化四个方面。未来研究应通过借鉴异域政策经验、加强跨学科合作、区分研究对象特征、加强实践研究四条路径,最终实现残疾人就业的横纵向发展。
Employment is an important way for the disabled to increase their income, improve their quality of life and achieve all-round development. In order to understand the hot topics and frontier evolution of researches on employment of the disabled in China, 296 effective documents related to the employment of the disabled included in the database of CNKI from 2011 to 2021 are taken as the research objects, and the visualization map of the researches on employment of the disabled is drawn by using Cite Space. The study finds that the hot topics of the researches on employment of the disabled in China mainly focus on four aspects of the employment policy of the disabled, the factors affecting employment of the disabled, the strengthening of the employment rights of the disabled, and the diversification of employment methods. Future researches should learn from foreign policy experience, strengthen interdisciplinary cooperation, distinguish the characteristics of research objects, and strengthen practical researches, so as to finally realize the horizontal, vertical and deep development of the employment of the disabled.
