摘要
互联网技术加速了共享经济发展,在新技术、新需求、全新产业链的驱动下,灵活就业应运而生。就当前就业现状看,灵活就业已成为大多数劳动者从事新业态产业就业的重要途径,其研究也逐渐引起了学者们的关注。为全面了解灵活就业的研究热点,利用Bicomb2.0和CiteSpace分析工具对“灵活就业”相关研究进行可视化分析,旨在对现有研究进行梳理,深入挖掘捕捉灵活就业研究的热点和未来研究方向。
Internet technology has accelerated the development of sharing economy.new employment patterns will show explosive growth in China and flexible employment will emerge as the times require.As far as the current employment situation is concerned,flexible employment has become an important way for most workers to engage in new industries,and its research has increasingly attracted the attention of scholars.In order to fully understand the research hotspots of flexible employment,bicomb2 and citespace analysis tools are used to visually analyze the keyword"flexible employment",aiming to sort out the existing research and deeply explore the hot content and future research direction of flexible employment research.
