摘要
作为我国整体就业市场中不可分割的一部分,灵活就业市场以其机制灵活、容纳度高的特性,越来越多地受到雇佣双方的关注,并成为稳定就业市场的重要力量。共享经济的发展所创造的新就业形态,既延展了灵活就业市场的边界,也对劳动力市场的治理提出了新的挑战。基于共享经济这一发展大背景,通过对灵活就业市场概念的辨析,以及对传统灵活就业市场发展及演化、共享经济发展对灵活就业市场的影响、共享经济视域下灵活就业市场治理等相关研究的梳理,指出了现有研究对灵活就业市场形态演化刻画得不深刻、对灵活就业群体就业质量问题重视不够以及对灵活就业市场的治理分析得不系统等不足。对未来的重点研究领域做了展望。
As an inseparable part of our country′s job market,the flexible job market has attracted more and more attention from both employers and employees due to its flexible mechanism and high tolerance.It has continued to grow and become an important force in stabilizing the job market.The new forms of employment created by the development of the sharing economy not only extend the boundaries of the flexible job market,but also pose new challenges to the governance of the labor market.Based on the broad development background of the sharing economy,we analyse the concept of flexible job market,the development and evolution of the traditional flexible job market,the impact of the development of the sharing economy on the flexible job market,and the governance of the flexible job market from the perspective of the sharing economy.Then the research points out the inadequacy of the existing research on the evolution of the flexible employment market,the lack of attention to the quality of employment of flexible employment groups,and the unsystematic gover-nance of the flexible employment market.At last,the paper has made an outlook on the key research areas in the future.
