摘要
目前我国残疾人就业帮扶事业正在积极建设中。随着互联网渗透作用的日益增强,残疾人就业脱贫也面临着新契机和新挑战。为了促进残疾人就业,加快推进残疾人事业发展,本文针对社会中的弱势残疾人群体,采用互联网技术,结合新残疾观的全新理念,设计一款基于移动端的残疾人无障碍就业帮扶平台,为残疾人提供就业指导、职业介绍以及就业培训等功能。研究结果表明,数字化就业平台能够成为残疾人的“义肢”,帮助残疾人跨越内外障碍,对落实个性化服务,提高残疾人就业质量与效率有着重要意义。
At present,the cause of employment assistance for people with disabilities in China is under active construction,and at the same time,with the increasing penetration of the Internet,people with disabilities are facing new opportunities and new challenges for employment and poverty alleviation.In order to promote the employment of people with disabilities and accelerate the development of the cause of people with disabilities,this paper adopts Internet technology and the new concept of the new concept of disability to design a mobile-based barrier-free employment support platform for people with disabilities,which provides employment guidance,career introduction and employment training for people with disabilities.The research results show that the digital employment platform can become a"prosthetic limb"for people with disabilities,helping them to cross internal and external barriers,which is important for implementing personalised services and improving the quality and efficiency of employment for people with disabilities.
