摘要
构建新时代能力话语体系顺应了推进中国特色哲学社会科学话语体系构建的需要。以"能力主义"和"能力本位"为代表的能力话语在全球的兴起和传播,掀起了能力话语问题研究的热潮。人学视域中的能力话语是基于人的能力且以促进人的生存和发展为主题目标的一套完整的能力语言系统。从人学来看,能力话语一般包括能力存在话语、能力本质话语、能力发展话语等基本内容,这是能力话语的学理性表达。要自觉增强能力话语问题研究意识、推动马克思主义能力话语体系和跨学科跨领域能力话语构建,不断解放和发展人的能力,积极促进人与社会的发展。
The construction of a new era capability discourse system meets the need to promote the construction of a philosophy and social science discourse system with Chinese characteristics.The rise and spread of competence discourse represented by"competence doctrine"and"competence standard"in the world has set off an upsurge in the study of competence discourse.Competence discourse from the perspective of human studies is a complete set of competence language system based on human capabiii-ties and with the theme of promoting human survival and development.From the perspective of human science,competence discourse generally includes such basic contents as competence existence discourse,competence essence discourse and competence development discourse,which is the rational expression of competence discourse.We should consciously enhance the awareness of research on competence discourse,promote the construction of Marxist competence discourse system and interdisciplinary competence discourse,continuously liberate and develop human capabilities,and actively promote the development of human beings and society.
