摘要
在高质量转型发展的背景下,大力发展文旅产业为民营经济转型升级提供了契机,发展文旅产业中的民营经济成为山西促进人的全面发展的科学路径。在对相关文献进行梳理的基础上,对马克思主义人的全面发展理论、民营经济及文旅产业中的民营经济发展促进人的全面发展的逻辑理路进行分析,提出通过传承创新,丰富文化内容;宏观引导,为文旅产业中民营经济的发展提供平台保障;通过微观努力,促进文旅产业中民营经济生产实践的劳动对象多样化、强化提升劳动力多方面的能力、满足人们多层次的需要、促使劳动资料与劳动力更充分结合等推进现阶段人的全面发展的建议举措。
In the context of high-quality transformation and development, the development of the cultural tourism industry provides an opportunity for the transformation and upgrading of the private economy. The private economy in the cultural tourism industry has become a scientific way to promote the all-round development of people in Shanxi. On the basis of combing the relevant literature, this paper analyzes the Marxist theory of the allround development of human beings, the logic logic way of promoting the all-round development of human beings through the development of the private economy and the private economy in the cultural tourism industry, it is proposed to provide the recommended measures for the development of the private economy in the cultural tourism industry by inheriting and innovating to enrich the cultural content;carrying on the policy guidance in the macroscopic to provide the platform safeguard for the development of the private economy in cultural tourism industry;and in the aspect of micro-efforts,we should promote the diversification of the working objects in the production practice of the private economy in the cultural tourism industry,strengthen and upgrade the various capabilities of the labor force, meet people’s needs at various levels, and promote the full integration of labor materials and labor force to promote the all-round development of people at the present stage.
