摘要
马克思主义人学思想包括人的本质、人的价值、人的主体性、人的发展等多方面的内容,结合其对我国高校思想政治工作队伍建设的启示以及当前我国高校思想政治工作队伍建设的现实困境,提出改进思想政治工作队伍的现实路径:基于人的本质,熔铸马克思主义信仰;立足人的现实需求,培养良好人格;依据人的主体性,实现有效激励;契合人的发展性,关注自由而全面的发展。
Marxist Anthropology includes human nature,human value,human subjectivity,human development and many otheraspects.Combined with its Enlightenment on the construction of Ideological and political work teamand the current situation of the construction of ideological and political work team in China,this paper puts forward the practical path to improve the ideological and political work team:to cast Marxist belief based on the essence of human beings;tocultivate good personality based on the actual needs of human beings;to realize effective motivation based on the subjectivity of human beings;and topay attention to the free and comprehensive development in line with the development of human beings.
