摘要
新手医学研究生辅导员的自我发展是一项自觉的、主动的活动,由其个人自我导向、自我驱动。新手医学研究生辅导员是医学研究生管理团队中重要的组成部分,担负着培养医学研究生的重要使命,其世界观、人生观、价值观对医学研究生的影响不容小觑。但新手医学研究生辅导员由于经验匮乏、压力与挑战并存,忽视了自身党性修养,以及新手医学研究生辅导员的自我发展对医学研究生的成长成才至关重要,因此,新手医学研究生辅导员要主动对标争先、不断提升专业能力和党性修养,以实现自我发展,为实现国家医学研究生的培养目标做出贡献。
The self-development of novice medical graduate counselors is a conscious and active activity,which is self-directed and self-driven.As an important part of the management team of medical graduate students,the novice medical graduate counselors shoulder the important mission of cultivating medical graduate students.The self-development of novice medical graduate counselors is very important to the development of medical graduate students.This paper holds that the novice medical graduate counselors lack for experience,have pressure and challenges,and neglect their own Party spirit cultivation,and suggests that the novice medical graduate counselors should strive for the first place in the standard,actively improve their professional ability and Party spirit cultivation,so as to realize their own development,and lay an important foundation for the realization of the training goal of national medical graduate students.
