摘要 语言具有的多种属性与功能使语言能力的提升成为消除贫困、促进人的全面发展的基本要素。在全面建设现代化中国、实施乡村振兴背景下,推普工作仍然是农村语言能力建设的第一要务。不仅要持续提升村民的普通话习得能力、普通话交际能力,还要提高现代社会对村民更高层级语言能力的要求,即适应新业态的语言传播能力、语言信息处理能力、语言的自我管理能力。要将语言能力的提升与村民的全面发展相结合,注重结合大数据、智能化等在农牧业使用所形成的新业态,提升村民全面发展所需的各种语言能力。 The fundamental,universal and multiple functions of language use make language competence the basic element of people’s general well-being.In the context of constructing a comprehensive modern society and implementing rural revitalization,popularizing Putonghua’is still the fist task in rural language ability construction.We should continuously improve the villagers’Putonghua acquisition competence and abilities not only to communicate in Putonghua,but also to meet the modern society’s demands for villagers’higher language acquisition standard,including their language dissemination ability,language information processing ability and language self-management ability.Efforts should also be made to integrate the improvement of villagers’language ability with the development of their overall competence,to pay attention to the new format of information by the use of big data and intelligence equipment in agricultural and pastoral areas,so as to enhance the basic abilities of villagers to meet the new requirements of modern society for the comprehensive development.
