摘要
依据多年举办大学生冰淇淋创意大赛的经验,在分析社会实践"金课"、创新创业大赛和项目式教学特点的基础上,本文总结归纳了冰淇淋创意大赛对"冷食制品与加工"社会实践"金课"建设的促进作用。
Based on the experience of holding ice cream creative contest for college students for many years, and on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of social practice "golden course", innovation and entrepreneurship contest and project-based teaching, this paper summarizes the promotion of ice cream creative contest to the construction of social practice "golden course" of "cold food products and processing".
