从高校学生课堂教学满意度透视课堂教学创新性变革 被引量:33

A Probe into the Innovation Change of Classroom Teaching from the Perspective of College Students' Satisfaction in Classroom Teaching

摘要 当前我国高校课堂教学频现"低头族"和"逃课族"现象,课堂教学已经不能很好地满足学生的个性化学习需求,高校课堂教学变革的呼声不断。学生对课堂教学的满意度是辨识教学质量的重要向度之一,由此可以管窥高校课堂教学存在的问题以及寻求恰当的破解途径。通过对不同性别、年级、学科的572名学生的调查分析发现,学生对高校课堂教学的满意度普遍较低;影响高校课堂教学满意度的四个关键因素的重要性排序依次为:教学方法、教学效果与创新能力培养、教学内容、教学态度;不同性别的学生对课堂教学满意度无明显差异,但年级和学科差异都对课堂教学满意度有所影响。未来高校课堂教学可以尝试如下变革途径:从政策层面,鼓励和重视教学,构建合理的职称评聘体系;从理念层面,理性考察教学满意度的内涵,善用影响高校课堂教学满意度的关键要素;从实践层面,合理利用信息技术,针对不同性别、年级和学科的学生进行精准化教学。 The current classroom teaching of colleges and universities in China frequently witnesses"phubber" and "play truat clan" phenomena, and the classroom teaching has been unable to meet the personalizedlearning needs of the students. Therefore, a cry for classroom teaching reform in colleges and universities has beenconstantly heard in recent years. The satisfaction of students in classroom teaching is one of the importantdimensions of the teaching quality, so we can get a glimpse of the existing problems in classroom teaching and findthe appropriate way to solve. Through the investigation into 572 students in different gender, grade and subject, thestudents' satisfaction degree to the classroom teaching is generally low; The importance of the four key factors thataffect the satisfaction degree of classroom teaching in colleges and universities are: teaching methods, teachingeffects and innovation ability training, teaching content, and teaching attitude; There were no significant differencesin satisfaction with classroom teaching among students of different genders, but differences in grade and subject allhad an influence on classroom teaching satisfaction. In the future, classroom teaching in colleges and universitiescan try the following ways: at the policy level, to encourage and pay attention to teaching, and build a reasonableprofessional title evaluation and appointment system; At the conceptual level, to rationally examine the connotationof teaching satisfaction, and make the best use of the key factors that affect the satisfaction of classroom teaching; inpractice, to make the rational use of information technology, according to different gender, grade and subject ofstudents for precise teaching.
