基于“自主-合作-探究”学习理念的课程教学创新实践与探索——以旅游接待业课程为例

摘要 旅游接待业在专业核心课中起到承前启后的作用,针对其微观抽象知识多、时代前沿融入慢,知识导向讲授多、高阶思维引导少,育人功能不完善、成长价值格局小等问题,以“自主-合作-探究”学习理念,通过BOPPPS联合PBL教学法,培养学生“主动参与、合作共赢、乐于探究”的终身学习能力。以“紧跟前沿”和“躬行实践”优化教学内容体系,以“进阶式问题引导主动探究学习”“循环跟进促线上线下同频共振”创新教学方法,以“全过程多形式”考核优化教学评价体系,以“三结合双维多层”思政体系革新育人方式,打造“旅”见新鲜,优“游”自得的课堂教学。课程教学效果、培养成效得到不断提升,在专业赛事、案例开发等表现优异,教学团队能力不断提升。 Tourism Reception Industry plays a bridging role in the core courses of the major.In response to its many micro abstract knowledge,slow integration into the forefront of the times,more knowledge oriented lectures,less guidance for higher-order thinking,incomplete educational functions,and small growth value patterns,this course adopts the learning concept of"autonomy,cooperation,and exploration"and uses BOPPPS combined with PBL teaching method,cultivate students'lifelong learning ability of active participation,win-win cooperation,and willingness to explore.By optimizing the teaching content system through"keeping up with the forefront"and"hands-on practice",innovating teaching methods through"advanced problem guidance for active exploration and learning"and"circular follow-up to promote online and offline resonance at the same frequency",optimizing the teaching evaluation system through"full process and multiple forms"assessment,and innovating the education method through the"three connections,two dimensions,and multiple layers"ideological and political system,we aim to create a classroom teaching that is"fresh in the face of travel"and self satisfied with"travel".The teaching and training effectiveness of the course has been continuously improved,with excellent performance in professional competitions,case development,and the teaching team's ability has been continuously enhanced.
