摘要
从传统范式向复杂性范式的转变是加快一流学科建设的趋势与必然选择。学科生长不是单面线性的数量叠加,而是多维、非线性的系统建设与可持续发展,传统范式下过度依赖要素投入、过于注重行政调控、人为构筑学科壁垒的学科增长之路已不适应我国一流学科发展。从相对封闭性、僵化性和静态性范式向注重开放性、适应性和动态性复杂范式的转变,不仅有助于突破外力主导的发展路径依赖,而且有利于最大限度地发挥系统的整体功能,促进一流学科高水平发展。
The transition from traditional paradigm to complex paradigm is an inevitable trend to accelerate the construction of first-class disciplines.Discipline growth is not linear quantitative superposition,but multidimensional,nonlinear sustainable development.Under traditional paradigm,the growth of discipline which relies too much on factor investment,administrative control and discipline barriers does not adapt to the development of first-class discipline.The transition from traditional paradigm to complex paradigm not only helps to break through the dependence of externally-driven development paths,but also promotes high-level development of first-class disciplines.
